MS in Focus: Healthy Living

In this issue of the Multiple Sclerosis International Federation’s magazine the topic of healthy living is examined. The editor says that ‘healthy living can have many different meanings’ and this issue tries to examine a few of these. There are articles that cover making nutritional choices, staying active, pet therapy, choosing fitness, travel and preventative health. These magazines are always packed full of information and well worth reading.

What is Wellness?

An article from the MS Trust’s Magazine Open Door that looks at wellness and MS. It examines what wellness means, particularly in terms of exercise, stress and nutrition. The aim is to provide a brief outline on the scope of wellness allowing you to discuss the details with a health professional.

National MS Society

This is a section of the American MS Society’s website. It has articles, webcasts and links on all areas of healthy living including exercise, wellness, diet, preventative care and health issues for men and women.
