This is a non-profit organisation based in America, but with worldwide volunteers, whose main aim is to combat health-related frauds, myths, fads, and fallacies.  The website was launched in 1996 to help investigate questionable claims, attack misleading advertising on the internet, advise quackery victims and improve the quality of health information on the internet.

This site gives information on the relationship between MS and nutrition. There are various articles on different aspects of nutrition including the Best Bet Diet, scientific articles and recommended recipes.

Institute of Complementary Medicine
The Institute keeps a database of the British Register of Complementary Practitioners (BRCP). It gives the latest news on complementary therapies and lots of links through to complementary therapy websites.
